Having had V6 box installed for about 2 weeks Tv goes off intermittently and says HDMI 1 lost connection. Only way to get program back on is to restart V6 box
Engineer has changed everything and even hard wired the router to elimination wireless connection, icluding v6 box but it is still happening...........any ideas please
The internet connection is unaffected

I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service at the moment.
I hope trying a different port on the TV has helped? I've located your account to run some tests on the set top box from our end and we're not detecting any errors at the moment.
How often does this happen? Did the engineer witness this happening? Does it happen at random times or is there a pattern at all?
Sorry for all the questions, we want to get to the bottom of this as soon as possible.
