I HAVE VIRGIN MEDIA INSTALLED TWO DAYS AGO AND STILL HAVE NO TELEPHONE LINE INSTALLED (WHY)

HAD VIRGIN MEDIA INSTALLED TWO DAYS AGO AND STILL HAVENT HAD TELEPHONE CONNECTED.WHO CAN I CONTACT ABOUT THIS POOR SERVIVE.

The reason for me not having a line connected was the engineers who connected the tv broad band etc ,could not sort out the phone,waited a week then the phone engineer arrived and connected line ,in the mean time sky had disconnected my phone line.when virgin wanted to connect my phone  they found out sky had removed my old number which we had for nearly 35 years,very annoyed with Virgin.
