How is it connected?

My current TiVo is connected to the incoming VM coax via a splitter (the other connection going to my Hub 3 (recent replacement for a dying SuperHub) though I only use it in modem mode as I have a router. I was going to leave the V6 fitting to my wife to oversee as the old box is easy to access but if the new box has to be connected to the Hub, I'll need to take the day off as there is a spider's nest of cables behind the TV for all my AV & tech.

Re: How is it connected?

It has to be connected to a VM internet connection. Whether this is through your own router or direct into the SH3 makes no difference.
