Help needed as can't access internet

Hi, was wondering if anyone could give me any ideas as to what could be the matter with one of my v6 boxes. It won't connect to the internet as it's saying that a cable ain't connected when it is..

You mention cable so I assume you have a direct Ethernet cable connected to your hub.

Do you have another cable you could try connecting it with instead?

Have you tried switching the hub off and on, and the V6 off and on ?

Is the little led next to the Ethernet wire flashing on the hub ?

I assume your other box is working fine and therefore your actual internet is ok.

Thanks for the reply. This box doesn't have a ethernet cable attached to the hub as its upstairs and the hub is downstairs...but I have now seem to have resolved it by turning the hub on and off.
