Free netflix

Hi I recently signed up to virgin with t.v. broadband and phone I was told I would get 6 months free Netflix sign up. How do I access this as I haven't received any correspondence in relation to this. I have not received an email I have checked my span and junk folders

Checking the account, I'm not seeing any offer of the Netflix. As you took services after the 1st of November though I'm unsure on why it's not on there. 

 

Do you have anything that I can use to chase this for you such as an Order Confirmation showing the Netflix offer under the promotional offers section?

No nothing apart from a verbal confirmation from the advisor whilst setting up my account.

Without anything to show this was offered I'm not able to chase this up I'm afraid Smiley Sad 

 

Try speaking to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 instead as they may have a different escalation process.
