Error message C501

Hi guys ...over the past week we have been having problems with Catch Up TV...we are not able to use the service as we keep getting error msg C501. I have restarted the router, checked the settings and media service connection... please advise....

In you network settings - is a valid IP address shown? - something like 198.162.1.55 ??

Yeah, I've been getting the same. The on demand service is pretty poor for a variety of reasons at the best of times, but over the last couple of weeks it's been essentially unusable much of the time.

Really sorry to hear this alldavedup,

 

I've had a look into this and it does appear that this was registered as a recognised fault. This, however, has since closed.
