Error code C133

I've just had a V6 box installed and nearly every other day I get no access to "search and discover" On demand or Apps and Games, I've rebooted but nothing changes !!! Error code C133 very annoying,does this happen to anyone else ? Any answers please.

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your TV service recently.

 

I've located your account to run some tests on the set top box from our end and we're not detecting any errors at the moment. 

 

I hope that means that things are working as they should? We'd love to hear from you if that's not the case.

 my v6 box has exactly the same problem been like it for over a week yet my other TiVo box is fine

I rebooted it last week and touch wood it's been ok for the past week.
