Paid to have V6 installed this morning
had to install it myself
still getting error c119
Did you see the other c119 thread.... looks like something is broken virgins end..
also 119s on tivos in the tv forum...

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been having an issue since your V6 box was installed. Since posting has there been any chance?
It looks as though the box is showing as online now so I just wanted to see how things were at your end.
