We get an Error 407 when we are trying to call up some episodes of Stan Lee's Lucky Man Series 1. Our package includes this.
Any way to fix it?
could you tell me a specific episode you have this problem with so that I can see if it effects me too ?
Also, just checked with my mother-in-law who is in a different area and they have no problems.

although it doesn't really help, a member of VM staff will get to this in a week or 2 and may be able to do something.
In the meantime have you tried rebooting your box, that may or may not help.Also have you tried watching it in SD if you were trying to watch it in HD (not ideal I know).
