Be very careful if you're upgrading your TV service to Tivo 6 and speaking to the online chat resources to do this. Whoever does the chat for Virgin seems to be agreeing anything to get contracts signed. I have wasted 2 hours on the phone with Virgin because I have mysteriously lost my movie channels and now they are basically saying that's tough.
Save your chat messages or take screenshots as it seems that the actual agents in the UK have no real connection with the chat team and this may cause problems for customers who suddenly realise the package they have been switched to is no longer what they had before. Thank God there is a 30 day cancellation and option to move to a competitor.
