Confused of Rushden - V6 Upgrade pricing

I had my email this morning offering me to sign up for the V6 Upgrade.

My current package shows as:
Big Kahuna Bundle: VIVID 200 Optical Fibre, 230+ Channels/XL (plus Sky Sports & Sky Cinema), Talk Weekend - £117.22pm

The Upgrade to V6 shows as £148.88pm + £64.94 one-off charge.  It even usefully confirms my Upgrade will only cost me an extra £31.66pm.

But a new customer would be offered the following package:
Full House Sports & Movie Bundle: VIVID 200 Broadband, Full House TV (plus Sky Sports & Sky Cinema), Talk Weekends - £113.50pm (£82pm for 12-months + £14.99 one-off charge)

I am, as the Subject confirms, confused.

just give them a call as online additional service price sometimes is incorrect.

Re: Confused of Rushden - V6 Upgrade pricing

The world has gone mad!

I checked "My Upgrades and Offers" again today.  And the prices have changed.  They have increased.

Now the Upgrade to V6 shows as £192.38pm + £64.94 one-off charge.  An increase of £75.16pm.

Just phone up retentions and say you want to move to the VIP package. £120pm. You'll get -

Full House TV including Sky Sports/movies in HD

200Mb broadband

Talk More Anytime

2 x V6 boxes.

There should be a £65 charge for the two boxes.

I know it's an increase of about £3pm but it is good value. I wouldn't look at what prices new customers can get as you aren't a new customer. Retentions might be able offer certain other deals though.
