Charged incorrectly for v6

Can somebody help me as I've been charged incorrectly for my V6 installation.

I am on the Full House TV package and have been charged for the manned install, however I know others on the forum have gotten that waived plus I was not told about the charge when I ordered over the phone.

Cannot seem to get a straight answer from 150

One-off charges & credits Date Amount

Just another VM user trying to help out so my answers may be wrong.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've been incorrectly charged for your manned install. 

 

I've gone in to the account to check this and can see you've since spoken to the team who have applied a credit to resolve this. 

 

If you notice any further discrepancies, let us know and we'll check them out for you. 

 

As a new V6 user, have a browse through the other threads. and jump in if you have any advice or tips that may be of use to others.
