Can't view Upgrades and Offers

Had email today regarding new TV V6 box.

Tried to view my "My Upgrades and Offers" but just get the following message:

"Sorry, something's gone wrong!
 

We've got a technical hitch at our end. But rest assured, our team of IT whizz-kids are on the case so please try again soon."

I was getting this message before today as well, maybe they don't want me to upgrade. Smiley Happy

Might indicate a back end issue with your account that will need looking at by the VM IT bods. A forum team member should pick this in a few days and get back to you.

Your not alone, had the same issue. I switched from Safari to Chrome and went in via the website and not the email link and it worked.....however, it does not allow me (could be different for you) to add it to the basket, all i get is information about it. A bit of a fail really as I would like to order one but don't want to spend time hanging on the phone? Shame really.

I tried Chrome and Firefox, maybe I'll try IE & Edge as well.

Edit, I did go in direct as well, not via the link.

Well I don't know if anyone did anything but it suddenly worked.

However, looking at the extra monthly cost they can forget it

Maybe it was just a temporary glitch with the site. The online upgrade pricing seems to be unreliable. Best to call in to discuss options with the team.

Pretty pathetic for a Company providing internet services really, perhaps they need some new "IT Whizz-kids". Smiley Happy
To be honest, I don't really want to pay any more but it would be nice to know what options are available.
