C133 error on v6 and not getting series

My new V6 box has not been right since being installed last week.

it keeps showing error C133 and we cannot use catch up or search.

Port testing never comes off testing and in diagnostics it has not had a VCM connection. Network connections and other tests are all good.

On TV Anywhere it is showing all my old series links but they are all blank - these do not appear on the box itself. 

Everything else looks ok.

Resolved the C133 error by opening port 8081 on my firewall.

Still got the series link problems though

Tried copying the series links again and they seem to be coming through now - hurray
