Brand new T6 box stuck on start up screen

Hi

I had a T6 box installed this morning and it's been working absolutely fine all day, then tonight I noticed the TV Anywhere app wouldn't connect and the box was stuck on the starting up screen. I've unplugged it twice and it's just sat on the starting up screen.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do - so annoyed...

If a reboot hasn't restarted it you'll need an engineer. Phone in.
