Just over a week I had the Tivo 6 box and broadband installed. the engineer arrived and installed it all only to tell me the broadband was down and to plug the Ethernet cable in when the front light was solid.
About 30 minutes later it was and then I had to setup the TV myself. the picture quality is poor on SD, almost like a blur, really hard to read some text, HD channels are better but nothing like the quality I have with sky (still have sky until the 6th march) so I can do a side by side.
my broadband is rubbish too, only getting 90mbps on a 200mbps deal. Seems I have a Friday installation.
email Virgin twice with no response, any suggestions, I am still in my 14 day cancellation period which at the moment I think I will take up
