Is it only the one recording that's been affected?
Do you get any picture break-up on the live channel?

Thanks for the response, are you experiencing this issue with any other program or was this just a one off?
I've checked your set top box and we're not detecting any errors from our end, I hope that means that everything is working as it should at the moment?
