Add me to the list!

Hi there,

I ordered the V6 box and was told there would be no additional charges above the £65 install charge - and lo and behold my package price has increased.  CS say they can't do anything about it.  Where do I go next!?

If you signed a new contract, surely you get a cooling off period to cancel.

No mention of a new contract - just a "change to my package"!  Just wish they'd be consistent...

I'm really sorry to hear there have been additional charges applied to your account. Did the team say these were one off or an extra per month? 

 

Also does it show on the documents you've received why the charge is there?

I had a TiVo credit applied to my bill each month.  It appears that this has been removed since I ordered the V6 box.  It's added an extra £5 to the bill each month.  Wouldn't have minded had they told me - but we asked and double checked and were told there would be no increase and the bill would remain the same monthly.
