Re: 502 error

HI 3310simon

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your TV service recently.

I can confirm that the issues we've been seeing with the 502 error have since been resolved, so I hope that means that things are working as they should on your end?

If that's not the case, get in touch and I'll do what I can to take another look.

Take care

Craig

Re: 502 error

Hey Simon

Thanks for taking the time to get back to us, sorry for the continued problems you're experiencing with your TV service,.

We're not seeing any issues with your set top box, if you'r still experiencing the issue try rebooting the set top box to give that another go. If you're still experiencing issues after that, check if you're able to access any On Demand or Catch Up content, or even any other applications and let me know.

Look forward to hearing from you

Craig
