2nd box not recognised

Had Virgin installed last weekend and only just tried to watch a show which we recorded down stairs on our upstairs box. Error message coming up says
Can't connect to 8CD8tivo box.
There may be a problem with your home network or network connection on your tivo boxes or the tivo box may have been unplugged.
This is the first time we have tried to use this function since the engineer installed it last week so not sure if the connection was there and then lost. Any help much appreciated

Exact same problem here

I hope we get a fix... Its extremely annoying.

Have you tried in both directions ?

How are the boxes connected to your Hub

Does iplayer work fine on both V6s ?

Got it sorted. Went into help and settings, network and connect to Virgin media service. Had to enter password for WiFi on second box.
