Anonymous Caller Reject does what it says on the tin. It rejects calls from numbers that are deliberately withheld. If the caller has not tried to block the number, the number doesnt carry CLI (Caller Line Idenification) most of which originate abroad, or the number is faked or "Spoofed", it will get through.
