voicemail set up problem

Just joined virgin. When I try and register voicemail on 222 my phone says I'm not registered on the Network.  How do I set up voicemail? Tks

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up voicemail. I'll try my best to get this working for you.

 

Voicemail should automatically activate once you've made your first call. Have you made a call?
