has anyone transferred from bt and virgin promised to cancel it for them and port their number? We had it installed 10 days ago and this has still not happened so currently have virgin installed and still on bt and my number still not been transferred across. I have contacted the rep on numerous occassiins who is promising to sort this as yet it has still not happened and i am worried i will be stuck paying for two providers.

I've had a quick check and looks as though you've already called in and the number port has been booked in for a future date. I hope this all goes smoothly for you but should you experience any issues by all means just get back to us.
