switch from sky

hi i have recently switched tv and phone from sky .

when i signed up i was told i could keep my number as virgin will take over the line, i was also told virgin will sort everything out including canceling my phone with sky,

i am still getting billed from sky and my number is still the temporary number that i was given during instilation, 

any ideas what i can do.

You'll need to give Virgin Media Customer Services a call on 150 from your Virgin Media home phone, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

 

They'll be able to investigate why the number transfer didn't happen and get it corrected. They would also be able to review the situation around the fact you're  paying for both home phone services, and should be able to find an amicable resolution to that.
