after my previous post I wondered do I have To contact Vm to get a refund after the Landline phone service was out of action or does this happen automatically? can somebody tell me the procedure if its happened to them thanks Buzby 16
The loss of service credits aren't added automatically so we'd need to speak with you in order to clear security to take a look at calculating the credit.
