landline hasnt worked for 2 days now! changed phones but to no avail!

I'd like to welcome you to these forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that your phone line has not worked for some days, and thank you for letting me know that you've tried another phone.
I've run some testing on the line, and can see no reason why you should be experiencing this issue. So now I'd need to look towards booking a technician to call out and investigate further for you.
