phone

for info. Online system states no issue with my landline today, NOT TRUE.  yesterday phone line went down online check my status told me that yesterday. Today it tells me it ok. WRONG. i phone up from my mobile (not a virgin mobile) cost me money to be told that there is a problem at there end and it will be sorted within 48 hrs. MMMMMM

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the line from our end for you, we're seeing a problem in your local area (Reference F004698162).

 

We're expecting this issue to be resolved later today, if you're still experiencing the issue after that, get in touch and we'll take another look ASAP.
