We had Virgin fitted a few weeks ago, everything works apart from the phone line... The phone is saying check telephone line but it's all plugged in fine.. On my install checklist the engineer has ticked that he has connected telephone showed me that it's working and dialled 1765 to confirm my colour code... He didn't do any of these to my knowledge.. Upon leaving he said to me give me half an hour to switch our phone line on in the street box and the phone line should work but in have no phone still
