Really sorry to hear that you phone line isn't working.
I've had a look at your account and the line state appears to be okay.
Try removing the equipment from the power supply and connect a spare phone directly into the master socket if possible.
If you do not have a spare phone, it may be worth asking a friend or neighbour if you can briefly test the line with theirs?

My landline is the same been without a phone 5 times since mid July service is now a joke am going to see about removing complete package.
