phone line is dead

Hello my phone line is dead and i have run a service status test but it says no problems found so I tried to book an engener but it keeps taking me to a page saying "oops, something's broken". I've been trying for a few days now and I can't phone them because my phone line is dead.

Hi there paul82, 

I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that your phone line is not working at the moment. 

I've done some checks my end, and can see no reason why your line should be causing you issues at the moment, so I'd now have to ask if you've been able to try another phone on the line, just to eliminate the phone from being at fault.

If this has already done, then we'd need to look at getting a technician to call out and investigate for you. I'll send you a private message so we can set the wheels in motion once you've been able to confirm that the phone has been eliminated.
