phone is not working

I haven't been able to use the house phone since Saturday. We have tried to message you twice and had no reply, I have bought new phones and still don't work could you please let me know if you will send someone out to check the landline for me please

Welcome to the community and I'm sorry to learn that you've been unable to use your landline since Saturday.

 

 I have located your account and I'm unable to find any faults in the area which could be causing this so I would like to arrange for one of our engineers to take a look at this for you.
