I opened a phone contract for my granddaughter for £11 a month and had it capped at £13 , even after phoning the help line I just had another phone bill for over £20 why is this when its capped and what can I do ? I feel very let down by Virgin .
Thank you for your post, and welcome to the Forum. We do not suspend your data usage if the monthly allowance has been used up.
There are settings within your granddaughter's mobile handset and available third party apps that can be used. We recommend downloading the My Account app so that you keep track of the monthly balance and allowance. Apologies for the inconvenience this causes.
