online chat help

does  the online help chat ever work? every time i try and use it . it just says " all of our agents are currently busy"  3 days i been trying on and off.

Online help is becoming increasingly popular and it has been extremely busy via both Web Chat and Forum recently.

 

I can appreciate that a delayed response can be very frustrating and in no way do we want you, or any of our customers to feel as though you're being left in the lurch.

hi nat, thanks for the reply

well i was wanting to use the online help as my phone has been dead for several days and i was wanting to talk to somebody to find out when its defiantly going to be back .i know its not just my end. i believe that numbers  in the lancaster area are having problems as  my parents and a couple of friends  who are on virgin are  also having problems.

it was meant to be sorted by saturday. now they are saying its going to be sorted tomorrow which is 4 days later, but i dont have much faith in that, as they seem to be adding on days as they go along. i cant even ring the 150 number. cant talk to them online and can't seem to find an email to complain

i know there's loads of people in the same boat but the thing is i'm self employed and feel i have missed out on work over the last several days as my advert gives out my home number

i'm worried that people might  ring me ,find the number is dead and then think i'm not doing it no more

 also in this day and age, taking several days to try and fix it is very poor.

well i finally managed to get though on the online chat. about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

virgin already know about the fault which they have for several days now.

and yet the chat agent asked me if i have plugged my phone in properly . what a joke
