Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry you've been experiencing issues with your phone line.
We're aware of an issue with one of the main cables that feeds the SW4 area, and our Network technicians are working on getting things up and running as soon as possible. The reference for this fault is F004435976.
With regards to compensation, once everything is up and running our customer service team will be able to apply this to the account. You'd need to give them a call in order to get this added.
I've written some notes on the account to inform of this outage.
