no phone line, no dial tone, no incoming calls. run test stops at 99%, apparently not working. tried using 'contact us' and guess what?! That service isn't available either. What exactly am I paying for??!!
Thanks for posting in the community and I'm sorry to learn your're experiencing issues with your landline.
Your line is showing blocked and I'm unable to find any faults in the area which could be causing this so can I just confirm whether you have tested/replaced your handset please?
Otherwise I would like to arrange for a technician to take a look at this for you so please let me know if this is required.
