phone out of order yet again!
been off all day now - checked service this afternoon and fault recorded and to be repaired by now,
no dual tone - callers to my landline says it ring and rings but house phone isnt ringing.
checked service again and no fault is shown
+++i do hope a further adjustment will be made to my account for this inconvenience as unable to make / receive calls on the anniversary of my father who passed away on 18/9/15....
still not working - 8.30am!!!!!

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your telephone line.
I have been able to locate your account to run a line check and there is no area fault anymore so since your line still hasn't come back on I would like to send one of the team out to get this fixed.
If you click on the purple envelope at the top right of your screen you will see a message waiting for you with further information.
