new installation and new customer no phone ???

After engineer had gone, I tried the phone line and no tone no nothing.

Called faults and was told I would get a call in an hour......NO CALL

Hour went and called again and was told someone would call in an hour.... NO CALL

still no phone line and still no call im on the 3RD day now.

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your phone line at the moment.

 

I've been able to locate your account and I can see that you've arranged for an engineer to come and take a closer look at this, which is excellent news.
