im a new Broadband/Phone customer and i had my self install on Saturday and the broadband all up and running - however i still have no phone. i had a text a week or so ago to say they cant get my old number from my old provider but i was expecting a line to be up and running by now with a new one? Cant ring Virgin to enquire as no phone!!
