line cord error?

Unplugged and re-plugged in both phones but still same message.  How do I get my line checked please?

Sounds like it's a line fault. Before you phone up, check with another handset. They won't do anything until you've checked.

Has it ever worked? Have you recently started using a call blocker, a BT6500 or BT8500?

It was working before I went away for the weekend. Never had a call blocker.

Thanks.   I have unplugged both phones also a spare one.  Nothing works. AAaaaargh.

You need to call 150 time report it, there's a fault.
