My phone is not working, no dialling tone it's just dead. I have checked all connections.
Any ideas anyone.
Use the Check Service Status (top right of this page) to see if there is a known fault affecting your area. If not, then do you have access to another phone to contact VM? 150 from a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
