landline

My landline is down again for the second time since i joined Virgin on Jan 10th.It could be 2 weeks now that my landline will have been down when the engineer comes out on Thursday is this normal service from Virgin will i be better switching to BT?,also do i automatically get a refund from my line rental.I'm very happy with my broadband so far but the phone service is poor.

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your telephone service.

 

I'm glad to hear that an engineer has been arranged and I'd love to hear how that goes, the loss of service credit isn't automatically applied so when the issue has been resolved, get in touch and I'll see what I can doMan Happy
