Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your landline.

 

I'd like to send a technician to fix this but first, we need to make sure your handset isn't faulty.

Unplug the phone from the socket and try a different phone in the same socket. If you haven't got another phone, you can take your handset to a friend or neighbours house and test it there.

Let me know how that goes or if you can't perform those checks.
