our landline stopped working this afternoon. There is no dial tone and I have plugged another handset in and this didn't work either, I have also run the internet test which gets stuck at 99%.
I don't want to hang on with customer services for 10 minutes on my mobile (which isn't VM) and pay high charges.
Can someone look into it for me?
