I've suscribred to a Virgin media package (TV+Internet+phone) last week.
Everything is set up but the landline that still does not work. Is there a specific time to wait before the line is open? (this is a new #)

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your phone line at the moment.
We're seeing your line as active from our end so there must be a fault causing these problems unfortunately. With that in mind I've run some tests on the line from our end for you.
We're not seeing any problems at the moment, although as this is a new line I'd like to arrange for a member of the team to come and take a closer look if you're still experiencing the problem.
