I have been able to access your account via your Forum details and check what call features are available on your line. I'm happy to report that Caller Line Identification services, such as caller display, are available.
The following features are available on your line:
1471 call return charge
Anonymous caller rejection
Ring back when free
If you are interested in adding any of these features, please contact us on 150 (free from a Virgin Media landline/mobile) or 0345 454 1111 (from any other phone), and take Option 4, Option 1.
