Hi thank you for your reply. I have tried all that you have suggested and still no service. When I try to dial out there is no dial tone, it sounds like other party online has not replaced their handset. I have even spoke and get an echo back. Going to buy a new phone tomorrow. I have had this problem before with Virgin,was told if they sent out an engineer and the fault was my phone I would be charged for the call out . I got a new phone and still had the problem so it cost me anyway.
No service since Tuesday and I bet I will still have line rental to pay. Getting to the stage where I am thinking of having all taken out and reconnecting my free view box and only having broadband and using my mobile instead of a landline.
I am not happy that there is a link broken and I cannot contact you directly. I have to contact you because my phone has never worked since I joined you. An engineer has been out and the phone worked that day and never again.
