Why is my home phone not working,the virgin engineers who fitted it said that its not working due to network body code AG230716-01 or thats what they wrote on the install checklist.Ive phoned for tech support and they told me they know about the issue but cannot tell me when it will be fixed? Im prepared to give Virgin a chance but now feel pressured wether to cancel before the 14 days are up before the contract is fixed.
