faulty phoneline and i can't contact virgin for help.
there seems to be a fault on my landline phone,I'm unable to make or receive calls.
i tried the status check, and received the following message....

however, i am unable to call from the home line.and i don't have a mobile phone.

I find myself in exactly the same situation, however for the last 24 hours we've had no tv or internet either! Now our internet has returned so I go on the website to try and report the fault with our landline and apparently Virgin are making some essential changes, great! What next? will I receive and sort of refund without having to chase for it as I have on previous occasions?
