HI, booked an engineer for a morning appointment and got a text confirmation, but he didn't turn up. A different engineer came at 5.30pm but it was too dark for him to drill a hole in the outside wall, especially as when the original installation took place they damaged the brickwork.
Now I am told I will have to pay £99 to book an engineer again - can this be right?
I've had a look on the account and can see this engineer visit was to move the omni box. These are called special service requests and this particular request is chargeable. I would recommend calling our customer service team on 0345 454 1111 to discuss this further.
