check phone line error - no dial tone

Hello, I have a problem with a virgin phone line and was hoping you could help.

The phone has been displaying 'Check phone line'. I thought it might be temporary but it hasn't gone away for few weeks now, I've also tried plugging in a different phone but the problem persists.

Can you provide me any number which I can call from my cell and try not get it resolved.

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your telephone service at the moment. 

I've located your account to take a closer look at this from our end and we're detecting some errors when testing the line. As a result, I'd like to arrange for an engineer to come and take a closer look, if you're available?
